Mulberry (GB:MUL) has released an update.
Mulberry Group PLC has announced its annual general meeting (AGM) will take place on November 19, 2024, inviting shareholders to attend in person at a London location. In tandem with the AGM notice, the company also disclosed that Julie Gilhart will not seek re-election and will step down as an independent non-executive director after more than nine years of service, with Chairman Chris Roberts expressing gratitude for her contributions.
