MTR Announces Final Dividend with Scrip Option

MTR (HK:0066) has released an update.

MTR Corporation Limited has announced an ordinary final dividend of HKD 0.89 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in cash or convert it into scrip shares at a price of HKD 26.48 each, with the share certificates dispatched by 16 July 2024. Any fractional scrip shares entitlements will be rounded down and the remaining value paid out in cash.
