MTR CORPORATION LIMITED announces board changes as Mr Maurice Loo Kam-wah steps down as an Alternate Director, and Mr Bruno Luk Kar-kin is appointed in his place, effective from 5th September 2024. Mr Luk brings a wealth of experience from various government sectors and holds multiple degrees, although he will not receive any remuneration from MTR as an Alternate Director.
