MTI Wireless Edge Ltd., an Israeli tech group, has secured an initial order worth approximately $0.7 million for its 5G backhaul antenna solutions from one of India’s leading cellular service providers, with prospects for considerably larger follow-up orders. The company, which specializes in advanced antenna solutions for both commercial and military use, sees this contract as a significant step into the Indian market, which is rapidly advancing in 5G deployment supported by the government and major telecom operators.
