Mt Malcolm Mines NL has reported a change in Director Robert Downey’s interest in the company, where he indirectly acquired 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.02 each through the Downey Superannuation Fund A/C, increasing his indirect holdings to 2,500,000 shares. The transaction, part of a Director Participation in Share Purchase Plan, did not involve any disposal of shares and comes alongside his existing holdings of over 3 million shares and options.
