MS&AD Subsidiaries Pledge Improvement After FSA Order

Subsidiaries of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, specifically Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance, have submitted a second progress report on their business improvement plan to Japan’s Financial Services Agency, as a response to an administrative order for business improvement. The company has apologized for the inconvenience caused and is committed to enhancing business management systems and regaining public trust under the supervision of its Board of Directors.
