MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. has successfully concluded a tender offer for its own shares, which ran from July 24, 2024, to August 26, 2024. The company purchased shares at a price of 3,298 yen per share and plans further market purchases following this tender offer. Further details on the subscription of shares by its subsidiaries and recognition of gain on sales of investment securities will be announced separately.
