MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. has announced the completion of a share repurchase, buying back 52,610,916 common stocks for a total of JPY 173.5 billion during September 2024. This move was part of a larger repurchase plan approved by their board on May 20, 2024, which allows for the acquisition of up to 130 million shares, or 8.2% of the total issued shares, for a maximum of JPY 190 billion by the end of December 2024.
