MSA Safety Announces Executive Bob W. Leenen’s Departure

MSA Safety Incorporated (MSA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Mr. Bob W. Leenen has parted ways with his company as of February 9, 2024. He is set to receive his normal salary for a six-month notice period, which concludes on August 31, 2024. Additionally, Leenen will be eligible for specific payments and benefits related to his departure, provided he signs a separation agreement and waives any claims against the company.
