Rance Long, the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MRC Global Inc., is set to retire on May 2, 2025. The company is actively looking for his successor. Until his retirement, Long will serve in a new role focusing on marketing strategy and help with the transition of the new hire. His salary will remain the same, although he won’t be granted long-term equity in 2025 or partake in the annual short-term incentive plan for that year.
