MPC Container Ships ASA successfully issued a USD 125 million sustainability-linked bond with a 7.375% annual coupon, set to mature in 2029. The offering, initially set at USD 100 million, was oversubscribed and upsized due to strong global institutional investor interest. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing debt and acquiring maritime assets, with plans to list the bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
