Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) has successfully passed an extraordinary resolution for amendments to their trust deed, enabling the repurchase and redemption of units. This decision, which was finalized at the annual general meeting of unitholders, has led to the creation of a Seventh Supplemental Deed in collaboration with DBS Trustee Limited, the trustee of MPACT.
