Christopher Shaun Dunphy has ceased to hold a substantial stake in Move Logistics Group Limited, reducing his shareholding from 6.386% to 1.946%. The change occurred after a call option with several shareholders lapsed without exercise and Dunphy made an additional on-market purchase of 100,000 shares. This disclosure comes after Dunphy’s directorship with the company ended in March 2024.
