Motorpoint Group plc, the UK’s premier independent vehicle retailer, has announced the grant of nil cost option awards under its Performance Share Plan to key management personnel, including the CEO and CFO. These options, which vest over three to five years, are contingent on continued service and satisfying certain performance conditions. They are part of a long-term incentive plan aimed at bolstering the company’s robust and sustainable business performance.
