Motorpoint (GB:MOTR) has released an update.
Motorpoint Group PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback on June 19, 2024, purchasing 10,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 143 to 144 GBp. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 88,665,044, with the bought-back shares set to be cancelled. This move is part of the Share Buyback Programme initially announced in January 2024.
