Motorpoint (GB:MOTR) has released an update.
Motorpoint Group plc has executed a share buyback as per their program announced in January 2024, purchasing 32,500 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 138.7708 GBp. The acquired shares are set to be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 88,735,044, which also reflects the total voting rights in the firm. Shareholders can use this new total to assess changes in their ownership percentage in compliance with regulatory rules.
