Motorpoint Group PLC has successfully completed a share buyback as announced, purchasing 10,524 Ordinary Shares at a price of 141.50 GBp per share, which will be subsequently cancelled. This recent transaction reduces the total number of outstanding Ordinary Shares to 88,836,826, each representing an equal voting right.
