Motorpoint (GB:MOTR) has released an update.
Motorpoint Group PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 12,192 of its own Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 143.50 GBp, leading to the cancellation of these shares. This action reduces the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 88,652,852, which is also the new total number of voting rights for shareholders. The company’s buyback initiative is a part of its previously announced Share Buyback Programme.
