Mosman Oil and Gas (GB:MSMN) has released an update.
Mosman Oil and Gas Limited has announced that its farmin partner for Exploration Permit 155, Westmarket Oil & Gas Pty Ltd, could potentially change ownership due to Mining Minerals & Metals plc’s proposed acquisition of Georgina Energy plc. The permit area, located in Australia’s Northern Amadeus Basin, shows promise for helium, natural hydrogen, and hydrocarbons based on historical well data and seismic surveys. Mosman may see a shift in its working interest, currently set to retain 25% after the completion of the farmin work program, with options to be carried for drilling costs or adjust its interest based on production success.
