Mosman Oil and Gas Limited has successfully raised £1.5 million to expand its helium portfolio and provide additional working capital, with plans to progress identified helium projects in the US and Australia, including a 20% interest in the Vecta Helium Project in Colorado. The fundraise also included a Director Subscription, which will be subject to shareholder approval. Moreover, the company has granted broker warrants and is continuing its business development activities by pursuing new opportunities in locations known for high helium concentrations.
