Morris Home Holdings Limited is scheduled to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on July 15, 2024, in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on a special resolution to change the company’s name to ‘Regal Partners Holdings Limited’ and adopt a new Chinese dual foreign name. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for voting and must register transfers by July 9, 2024, to participate in the EGM. The company is taking the necessary steps to ensure the proposed changes, subject to approval, are effectively implemented.
