Morris Home Holdings Limited is set to adopt a new corporate identity by changing its name to Regal Partners Holdings Limited, with a corresponding Chinese name, in a move expected to bolster its future business development. The change is contingent upon shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting and the sanction of the Cayman Islands’ Registrar of Companies. This rebranding will not affect shareholder rights or share certificate validity.
