Morgan Sindall Group PLC successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting on May 2, 2024, with shareholders passing all proposed resolutions. The AGM saw the approval of the company’s financial statements and the strategic report for the year ending December 31, 2023, as well as the endorsement of a final dividend of 78 pence per share. Shareholders also voted in favor of appointing and reappointing directors, alongside special resolutions including the authorization for the company to purchase its own shares.
