Morgan Sindall (GB:MGNS) has released an update.
Morgan Sindall Group PLC’s Chief Financial Officer, Kelly Gangotra, has been granted two conditional awards of Ordinary Shares under the company’s 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan. These awards, an annual award of 150% of salary and a one-off award of 50% of salary, will vest in May 2027 based on performance criteria and are subject to a two-year holding period. The transaction took place on May 14, 2024, with a total volume of 40,501 shares granted outside of a trading venue.
