Mooreast Holdings Ltd. has announced an additional one-month extension, to 14 November 2024, for the disbursement of a S$1,000,000 deposit from SG-RT Fund under a Convertible Loan Agreement initially expected by 13 August 2024. The extension, requested by the Lender due to unexpected administrative delays, leaves all other terms of the agreement unchanged.
