Moonpig Group Plc, a leading online greeting cards and gifts provider, has applied for an additional block listing of 1.1 million shares to be admitted to The London Stock Exchange. This move is to facilitate the issuance of shares upon the exercise of options under the Group’s various employee benefit plans, with admission expected on June 20, 2024. As of June 18, 2024, Moonpig Group Plc maintains a total of over 343 million shares with voting rights.
