Moonpig Group Plc has announced the resignation of Simon Davidson as a director effective from April 25, 2024. Davidson’s fees will be paid to Exponent Private Equity LLP up until his termination date, with no additional remuneration or loss of office payment to be made thereafter. This information, along with other remuneration details, will be disclosed in the company’s upcoming Annual Report and Accounts.
