Moonbound Mining Ltd., a mineral exploration firm with projects in Canada, Namibia, and South Africa, has received approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to extend the closing date of its fifth tranche private placement offering to June 13, 2024. The extension provides potential investors additional time to participate in the private placement initially detailed in an April 18 news release.
