Moon River Moly Ltd. has successfully acquired a 25% stake in the Endako molybdenum mine in British Columbia from Sojitz Corporation, marking a significant expansion for the company. The deal includes the full transfer of Sojitz Moly Resources Inc. to Moon River’s control, now renamed Moon River Molybdenum BC Ltd., which holds the interest in the mine. Moon River’s CEO expressed excitement about the opportunity this acquisition presents in the molybdenum market, further strengthened by their existing rights to develop another deposit nearby.
