Montfort Capital has agreed to sell its TIMIA Capital business unit to Round13 Capital for $6.5 million, marking a strategic shift in its business focus. This transaction is expected to enhance Round13’s venture debt platform by expanding financing options for Canadian entrepreneurs. The deal, which is not conditional on financing, is set to close by the end of the month.
