Montfort Capital Corp. has announced quarterly cash dividends for its Series A Class A and Series 1 Class C Preferred Shares, with payments scheduled for June 28, 2024, to shareholders on record by June 19, 2024. The declared dividends are $0.02 and $0.57 per share respectively, and are designated as ‘eligible dividends’ for Canadian income tax purposes. Future dividends are subject to the discretion of the Company’s board of directors.
