Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd. has announced a new hearing date for its ICSID arbitration claim against Tanzania, seeking over CDN$ 90 million in damages for the expropriation of the Wigu Hill project. The company is optimistic about a positive result, citing similar successful claims by others. The hearing is now set for November 25-29, 2024, in Paris and will be publicly accessible online.
