Montage Gold Corp. has initiated a C$170 million equity raise at C$1.75 per share to fund the advancement of the Koné Project, with significant investments from Zijin Mining and the Lundin Family Trusts. This strategic move, which includes a 9.9% stake acquisition by Zijin and an increased stake by the Lundin Family, aims to position Montage as a leading African gold producer and support the anticipated construction of the Koné project by early 2025.
