Montage Gold Corp. (TSE:MAU) has released an update.
Montage Gold Corp. successfully completed a C$180 million private placement, issuing 102,857,143 common shares at C$1.75 each. Substantial stakes were acquired by the Lundin Family Trusts and Zijin Mining Group, holding 19.9% and 9.9% respectively. The funds raised are earmarked for development of the Koné Project, exploration activities, and general corporate purposes.
