Mont Royal Resources Ltd. has announced the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd as its new auditor, following a restructuring of BDO WA’s audit practice and subsequent resignation approved by ASIC. The confirmation of the new auditor will be up for vote at the next Annual General Meeting. Mont Royal, a significant player in the mining sector, controls a major share of the Northern Lights Minerals project in Quebec, known for its potential in lithium, precious and base metals.
