Monro Muffler Brake Welcomes New Board Member

Monro Muffler Brake (MNRO) has released an update.

Monro, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from eight to nine members with the appointment of Thomas B. Okray. Okray will join the Executive Committee and receive the compensation previously outlined in the company’s Proxy Statement. His appointment is independent of any other agreements and he has no material interests in the company that require disclosure. The company publicly announced his appointment through a press release.
