Monks Investment Trust PLC has bolstered its financial strategy by acquiring 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, which will subsequently be held in Treasury. This buyback leaves the company with 51,355,794 shares in Treasury and 201,815,666 shares in issue available to investors. This activity may influence shareholders’ notification requirements in relation to the company’s total shares in issue.
