Monks Investment Trust PLC has purchased 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, which will be held in Treasury, impacting the shares in issue and providing a new denominator for shareholder calculations. Following this transaction, the total treasury-held shares amount to 39,285,794, reducing the number of shares in issue to 213,885,666.
