Monks Investment Trust Shs GBP (GB:MNKS) has released an update.
Monks Investment Trust PLC has purchased 200,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, which will be held in Treasury, affecting the total shares in issue for shareholders’ calculations concerning their interest in the company. Post-purchase, the Trust now holds 43,455,794 shares in Treasury, with the remaining shares in issue totaling 209,715,666.
