MoneyMe Limited has issued a final director’s interest notice following Peter Coad’s departure as director on June 1, 2024. The notice reveals that Peter Coad had indirect interests in 931,326 ordinary shares through Rustica Pty Ltd and 100,000 through Pacific Custodians Pty Ltd, but held no direct shares at the time of his departure.
