The purpose of this strategic move is to enhance flexibility and agility in their financial services sector, particularly in their X domain which collaborates closely with partners to drive digital transformation. The new subsidiary will focus on building partnerships and community-based financial services, with all shares of the new entity being wholly owned by Money Forward, Inc.
