Mondi plc has announced a change in major shareholdings, with Ninety One SA (Pty) Ltd’s voting rights crossing a threshold on 13th August 2024, resulting in a current holding of 4.9013% of total voting rights. The previous notification had reported a slightly higher percentage of 5.0222%. The notification was delayed due to a data processing issue, which has since been rectified.
