Molten Ventures Plc has executed a share repurchase on 29 August 2024, buying back 80,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 410.00p to 415.00p, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 413.6339p per share. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains at 189,046,450 Ordinary Shares, with 1,507,043 shares held in treasury. The share repurchase is part of a program announced earlier on 26 July 2024, signaling the company’s confidence in its value.
