Molten Ventures PLC has awarded options on nearly a million ordinary shares to key management personnel under two incentive schemes, with an exercise price of 1p each. The Long-Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan grants are detailed in the company’s latest annual report and are subject to performance conditions and a two-year deferral period respectively. This strategic move aligns management’s interests with those of shareholders and incentivizes long-term corporate performance.
