Molten Ventures VCT plc has extended the closing date for its subscription offer of up to £40 million through the issuance of new shares, originally set to close on 28 June 2024, to now end on 31 July 2024. The offer, detailed in the Prospectus published on 3 October 2023, allows for the subscription of up to 100 million new shares at 5p each. This move provides potential investors additional time to participate in the Company’s expansion initiative.
