Molten Ventures has granted 30,669 options over ordinary shares to its CEO, Ben Wilkinson, under the company’s 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan. This move aligns with Wilkinson’s recent promotion and reflects an adjustment to his pro-rata salary. The options have an exercise price of 1p each and are subject to performance and holding conditions over a five-year period.
