Modalis Therapeutics Corporation has finalized the terms for its 13th stock option program, setting the exercise price for share acquisition rights at 7,400 yen per unit, with a total of 2,935 units to be issued. This will result in 293,500 shares of common stock being made available to directors, employees, and subsidiary employees under the new program.
