Mobius Investment Trust Plc has announced the appointment of Johnston Carmichael LLP as its new auditor for the fiscal year ending November 2024, succeeding PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. The decision was made after a comprehensive tender process, and the appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the April 2025 Annual General Meeting. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has stepped down with no significant issues reported that would affect the Company’s members or creditors.
