Mobio Technologies Inc. is progressing towards finalizing its acquisition of Tracksuit Movers Inc. and has announced plans to secure bridge financing through convertible promissory notes totaling $525,000 from Phoenix Ventures Inc. and Code Consulting Limited. The funds raised will support the costs associated with completing the acquisition, including various professional fees and regulatory expenses.
