Mobileye Global, Inc. Class A (MBLY) has shared an announcement.
Dr. Gavriel “Gaby” Hayon, a veteran leader at Mobileye Global Inc., is set to retire by the end of 2024 after a notable 25-year tenure. His position as EVP of R&D will be taken over by Professor Shai Shalev-Shwartz, the current CTO with nearly 14 years at the company. A collaborative transition period is anticipated as Dr. Hayon will work closely with Prof. Shalev-Shwartz to facilitate a seamless handover of responsibilities.
